Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is free on every Laser Pro Max order to the United States and Mexico. No minimum purchase.

Processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact us through the Contact page and we'll look into it right away.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
