We want you to love your Laser Pro Max. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

 

How to start a return

Contact our support team through the Contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

 

Condition

Please send the flashlight back with its accessories (battery, USB-C cable, strap and case) so we can process your refund quickly.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few business days to post it.

 

3-Year Warranty

Every Laser Pro Max is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the date of delivery. If your flashlight fails due to a defect, contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the problem, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear of cosmetic finishes.

 

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
